How to make garlic eggplant

1. Wash and cut the eggplant into strips, rinse well.Remove the seeds from the green pepper and set aside with a knife.

2.Cut green onions into horseshoe shapes and chop garlic into strips.

3. Heat the oil in the wok, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

4.Add eggplant and green pepper and stir-fry for a while.
