Winter melon: Clear away heat
Ingredients
Plain flour ( 250g ) | Instant fermentation ( 4g ) |
Warm water ( appropriate amount ) | Winter melon (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Onion and ginger ( appropriate amount ) |
Five-spice powder ( Appropriate amount ) | Peanut oil ( Appropriate amount ) |
Sesame oil ( a little ) | Soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
How to make winter melon buns

1.Put the flour into a basin for instant fermentation.

2.Add appropriate amount of warm water and stir into cotton wool.

3. Knead the dough, spread a layer of oil on the surface of the dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature for 50 seconds minute.

4. Prepare the vegetarian filling: wash and peel the winter melon.

5.Grate the winter melon and chop it with a knife a few times.Chop the green onion and ginger finely.

11.Take a bun skin and wrap the winter melon filling in the middle.

13. Wrap everything in order and put it on the steamer to rest for 15 minutes.Turn to medium heat and steam for 12 minutes, then simmer for 3 minutes.
