Ingredients
Spinach root ( 300g ) | Minced garlic ( 5g ) |

How to make spinach roots in oyster sauce

1.Spinach Brush the roots clean

2.Put it into a pot of boiling water and blanch it, remove and drain the water.Plate and set aside

3.Peel and mince the garlic, pick and wash the green onion and then chop it into slices

4.Put the starch into a bowl and add an appropriate amount of water, mix well and set aside

6.Add sugar and oyster sauce

7.Pour in starch water to thicken
