How to make Sri Lankan hand-cooked rice

1.Wash the rice

2.Mince the red onion

3.Get all the spices ready

4.Put butter in a hot pan.When the oil is hot, add red onion, bay, cloves and cardamom, stir-fry until soft and fragrant

5.Add other spices and rice and stir-fry for 5 minutes, add chicken stock and cook until boiling.

6.Put the pot into the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees

7.Plate, decorate, and eat
