Onions: Detoxification
Ingredients
Pepper water ( a little ) | Chop fresh mutton into filling ( 1 catty ) |
Flour ( appropriate amount ) | Soy sauce ( a little ) |
Onions, minced ginger ( a little ) | |
Onions ( half ) | Salt ( a little ) |
How to make onion and mutton patties

1. Add seasonings to the mutton stuffing and mix well.

2. Chop the onion and mix it into the meat filling.

3.Soften the dough with warm water, then roll it flat with a rolling pin and cut one side.

4. Evenly spread the mutton filling, leaving a corner without meat filling.

5. Fold the corner without meat filling on the corner with meat filling, repeat twice.

6.Pinch the edges.

7.Press lightly with your hands and place in a pan until cooked.
