How to make claypot rice
1.Wash all the ingredients and prepare the knife
2. Stir-fry the short ribs with onion, ginger and cooking wine until the oil turns golden brown.Add carrots, mushrooms and bamboo shoots and stir-fry together.Add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce for color, and light soy sauce for freshness.Then put the washed rice into the pot and stir-fry together.Follow the same steps as with vegetable rice, then pour it into the rice cooker and add an appropriate amount of water.
