Ingredients
Pleurotus eryngii ( a bag ) | Carrot (Half less) |
| Green bell pepper ( Half ) | Onion, ginger and garlic ( A little ) |

Salt ( 1 dot ) | Sesame oil ( A few drops ) |

How to make shredded king oyster mushrooms in oyster sauce

1.Wash the king oyster mushrooms, carrots and green peppers first p>

2.Then cut into shreds and set aside

3. Blanch the shredded Pleurotus eryngii and let it cool, squeeze out the water and set aside for later use

4.Now prepare a bowl of juice: 2 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp light soy sauce, a little salt, a few drops of sesame oil, and a drop of starch p>
