Winter melon ( 500g ) | Green and red pepper (1 each ) |
Dried red chili pepper ( 2 pcs ) | Onions and garlic (appropriate amount) | Rapeseed oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
How to stir-fry winter melon with chili pepper

1.Peel and flesh the winter melon, wash and slice into pieces for later use
