Sweet potato starch ( 50g ) | Water ( 450g-500g ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Chili oil ( appropriate amount ) |

1.Weigh 50 grams of sweet potato starch.Or corn starch, pea starch, mung bean starch, whatever you like
