Ingredients
Spinach ( 380g ) | Sesame paste ( 3 teaspoons ) |
Salt ( two A small spoon ) | Chicken essence ( A small spoon ) |
Garlic ( Two cloves ) |
How to mix spinach with sesame sauce

1.Wash the spinach

2. Boil water in a pot

3.Put in the spinach and blanch it for two minutes

4. Remove and cool immediately
5. Mince the garlic and set aside
6.Put the sesame paste into a bowl

7.Add three small spoons of boiling water and stir evenly

8.Add two teaspoons of salt

9.A small spoonful of chicken essence

10.Put salt and chicken essence into a bowl

11. Stir the sesame paste evenly

12.Put the blanched spinach on the plate and add minced garlic

13.Pour the prepared sesame sauce on top.
Tips
Mix the sesame paste with boiling water.If the remaining sesame paste is left, put it in the refrigerator and it will taste better next time.When blanching the spinach, add a small spoonful of salt to make the spinach green in color.The blanched spinach will cool down immediately.
