How to make spicy and sour shredded lotus root

1.Peel and wash the lotus root, cut into shreds, wash off the surface starch, drain and set aside
2.Prepare onion, ginger and chili

3. Boil water in a pot, add salt and oil, add shredded lotus roots, mix well until boiling, cook until raw, remove and set aside
4. Heat the oil in the pot again, add onion, ginger and chili and stir-fry until fragrant

5.Add in shredded lotus root and stir-fry evenly

6.Add salt and vinegar and MSG, stir-fry evenly

7. Remove from pot and plate

Tips
After blanching the shredded lotus root, it will be almost cooked.Just add it to the pan again and stir-fry until the flavor is absorbed.It will be crispy and refreshing.
