Gelidium ( 150g ) | Cilantro ( 1 ) |
Spicy millet ( 1 piece ) | Sauce recipe: ( ) |
Minced garlic ( appropriate amount ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
White sugar ( a little ) | Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
Aged vinegar ( appropriate amount ) | MSG ( a little ) |
Hot oil ( appropriate amount ) | Sesame (appropriate amount) |

1.Wash the Gelidium, soak it in water for about half an hour, and wash it repeatedly.Drain and set aside.

2. Take a small bowl and add minced garlic, spicy millet, salt, sugar, MSG, sesame.

3. Pour in hot oil and smell the garlic.

4. Add light soy sauce and mature vinegar and stir evenly.

Tips
Gelidium should be washed thoroughly, soaked for about 30 minutes, and rinsed repeatedly.Soaking it for a long time will affect its crispiness.
