Water spinach ( 300g ) | Minced garlic ( a little ) |
Salt ( Half a spoon ) | Chicken essence ( a little ) |
How to stir-fry water spinach

1.Pie the garlic and set aside

2.Cut the water spinach into sections

3.Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it up, then add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant

4. Again Pour in the water spinach

5.Saute until medium done

6.Add salt and chicken essence

7.Finally stir-fry again

8.Pour out and start eating.
