Carrot ( 1 summary ) | Tofu skin ( Half sheet ) |
Salt ( 3 grams ) | Minced garlic ( appropriate amount ) |

How to stir-fry tofu skin with shredded carrots

1. Cut the carrots into thin strips.

2. Fold the tofu skin and cut into thin strips.

3. Heat the oil in the wok, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add shredded carrots and stir-fry for a while.

5.Put appropriate amount of salt.

6.Put in a little light soy sauce.

7.Put in the tofu skin.

8.Put a little boiling water and stir-fry the shredded carrots until they are seven to eight mature.

9.Add chicken essence to taste.

10. Remove from pot and plate.

11.Finished product.
Tips
Fry the carrots until they are about 70 to 80% ripe.Do not fry them too much, which will affect the taste.
