Fresh mushrooms ( 3 large flowers ) | Pak choi ( 500g ) |
Garlic ( 10g ) | Rapeseed oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( 2 grams ) | MSG (a little) |
Starch water ( a little ) |
How to stir-fry Chinese cabbage with mushrooms

1. Wash and prepare the ingredients

2. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices Reserve
