How to mix sesame and kelp

1. Wash the soaked kelp, cut it into long sections, roll it into rolls, and cut it into thin strips

2. Prepare onions, ginger, garlic and red pepper

Tips
Toast or fry the sesame seeds and set aside.Just boil the kelp when blanching it.If you like it spicy, add some peppercorns for better taste.
