Ingredients
Dried yuba ( 100g ) | Green and red chili peppers ( 100g ) |
Onion, ginger and garlic ( Appropriate amount ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Pepper ( 2 grams ) | Light soy sauce ( 10g ) |
| Edible oil (appropriate amount) | Water starch ( Appropriate amount ) |
Edible alkali ( 1g ) |
How to stir-fry yuba with chili pepper

1. Add edible alkali to yuba

2.Add boiling water to brew, cover and simmer for more than half an hour

3. Wash the green and red peppers, remove the stems and seeds and cut into small pieces for later use

4.Prepare onions, ginger and garlic

5.Bubble Wash the fermented yuba, drain and set aside

6.Heat oil in a pan and add onion and ginger.Sauté garlic until fragrant
