Lotus root ( 1 section ) | green onions and ginger (appropriate amount) |

How to stir-fry lotus root slices

1.Peel the lotus root, wash and cut into thin slices

2.Wash the surface starch, drain and set aside

3.Wash the red pepper, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into small cubes.Prepare the minced green onion and ginger

4.Heat oil in a pan, add minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

5.Add lotus root slices and stir-fry until they change color

6.Add red pepper and salt , stir-fry evenly

7.Add green onion and mix well

8. Remove from the pot and plate

9.Ready to eat

Tips
Be sure to wash off the surface starch after slicing lotus root, so that it will not stick to each other during frying and will be easy to stir-fry.
