Water spinach ( handful ) | Red pepper ( 1 piece ) |
Garlic ( 3 petals ) | Edible oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( A small amount ) | Sesame oil ( A few drops ) |
How to make homemade water spinach
1.Cut garlic and shred red pepper

2. Wash water spinach Net and spare

3. Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic and shredded red pepper

4.Saute and add the root part of water spinach

5.After stir-frying, add the leaves, add salt and stir-fry evenly

6.Finally, take it out of the pan and pour a few drops of oil on it.
Tips
It just needs to be sautéed with minced garlic before it becomes fragrant.It looks better when paired with shredded red pepper.
