How to make sweet and sour crispy tofu

1. In a bowl, mix ➕ half a spoonful of salt ➕ half a spoonful of sugar ➕ one spoonful of cornstarch ➕ two spoons of light soy sauce ➕ two spoons of mature vinegar ➕ three spoons of tomato sauce ➕ half a bowl of water and mix well.
