Sweet potato flour ( 150g ) | Peanuts ( 20g ) |
Cilantro ( 1 root ) | Onions ( 1 root ) |
Garlic ( 2 cloves ) | White sesame seeds ( 1 spoon ) |
| Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Aged vinegar ( 3 spoons ) |
Chili powder ( 1 spoon ) | White sugar ( 1 spoon ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |
Purified water ( half a bowl ) |
How to make spicy and sour sweet potato noodles

1.Preparation Good ingredients

2. Soak sweet potatoes in cold water in advance and set aside.I usually do it the night before before going to bed.Soak and use it the next morning

3. Add peanuts to the pot with cold oil , stir-fry
