How to mix fungus with cucumber

1. Soak the black fungus in water 1 hour in advance and prepare the cucumber

2.Wash the soaked fungus and tear it into small florets

3.Wash the cucumber, remove the stems and cut into small dices

4. Use a spatula to scrape out thin slices from another cucumber and roll it into a spiral roll for presentation
