How to stir-fry water spinach

1.Pick and wash water spinach for later use

2.Cut the garlic and set aside

3. Heat oil in a pot

4.Add salt and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

5.Add water spinach and stir-fry over high heat

6.Saute and remove from the pot
