Soybean sprouts ( 500g ) | Onion, ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Crushed dried chilies ( Adequate amount ) | Sichuan peppercorns ( Adequate amount ) |
Edible oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( 2 grams ) |
Pepper ( a little ) | MSG( a little ) |

How to stir-fry soybean sprouts

1. Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and oil

2.Add washed soybean sprouts

3. Cook over high heat, remove and set aside

5. Add soybean sprouts directly and stir-fry until dry.
