How to stir-fry fungus

1.Wash the fungus, cut off the old root part of the head with kitchen scissors, and pick into small sections.

2.Put lard in the pot, heat it up to 70%, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

3.Add in the washed fungus and stir-fry quickly until the fungus becomes soft., add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry quickly and remove from the pan.
