How to make roasted beancurd with loofah

1.Rinse the beans with warm water

2.Peel and wash the loofah

3.Cut the hob block

4.Pick, wash and chop the green onions

5. Peel the garlic , chopped

6.Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot and sauté the garlic

7.Add loofah and stir-fry

8.Add about 300ml boiling water

9.Put in beancurds

10.Cover the lid and simmer
