Ingredients
Enoki mushrooms ( half a handful ) | Red peppers ( two ) |
Garlic ( One head ) | Salt ( Half spoon ) |
green onions ( one ) |
How to make enoki mushrooms with chopped peppers

1.Remove and mince garlic

2.Chop red pepper

3.Wash the enoki mushrooms, remove the roots, tear off the small florets and put them into a plate

4. Boil water and steam for 3-5 minutes

Tips
