Ingredients
Round eggplant ( 1 piece ) | Minced green onion and minced garlic ( Appropriate amount ) |
Soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Old vinegar ( 1 spoon ) |
Cooking oil ( 2 spoons ) | White sugar ( 1 spoon ) |
Salt ( 1 tsp ) | Water ( half a cup ) |
