How to make spicy kelp

1.After soaking the kelp, cut it into diamond-shaped pieces and blanch it.Kelp

2.Take a clean basin and put the kelp in it.

3. Mix minced garlic, spicy pepper, ginger slices, two spoons of white vinegar, seafood soy sauce and a little millet with salt , appropriate amount of sugar, two spoons of chili oil, one spoon of sesame oil, a little MSG and stir evenly!
Tips
