Zanthoxylum bungeanum: Maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes
Ingredients
Bean sprouts ( half a catty ) | Green pepper ( 1 piece ) |
Onions ( 1 root ) | Garlic ( 2 cloves ) |
Panthoxylum bungeanum ( Moderate amount ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Vinegar ( appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry bean sprouts

1.Wash the bean sprouts, remove them, dry them and set aside for later use

2.Green pepper, onion, garlic, and peppercorns

3. Pour oil into the hot pan, add pepper, onion and garlic and saute until fragrant

4.Add bean sprouts and stir-fry over high heat for one minute

5.Put in Green pepper, stir-fry until raw, then add salt and stir-fry evenly

6.Lastly pour on the edge of the pot Vinegar, add chives and stir-fry evenly and serve!
Tips
Vinegar is added according to personal taste.I think adding vinegar can increase the aroma of bean sprouts and make them crispy.
