Edamame: moisturizing
Ingredients
Edamame ( 2 pounds ) | Garlic ( Half ) |
Millet pepper ( About 10 ) | Octal anise (appropriate amount) |
Sunflower oil ( Adequate amount ) | |

How to cook edamame

1.Cut off both ends of the edamame and soak in salt water for about 15 minutes.

2. Star anise, cinnamon, garlic, millet pepper and set aside.

3. Pour sunflower oil into the pot, add garlic, millet and pepper and sauté until fragrant.

4. Add the edamame to the pot and stir-fry quickly to combine.

1.Remember to soak the purchased edamame in salt water for 15 minutes
