How to make celery syrup

1.Wash the celery, cut it (easy to place), control the moisture, and put it into a container with a lid.

2. The noodle soup left over from hand-rolled noodles just now.

3. Pour the remaining noodle soup into the basin while it is hot and cover the celery.

4.Put an appropriate amount of white vinegar into the bag (if there is old pulp and water, it is better, if not, add white vinegar, Or put a bag of pickled peppers).

5.It can be eaten in 2 to 3 days in summer. It has a delicious sour flavor.I once saw an old lady boil the noodles, put them into a bowl, pour the slurry water directly into it and eat it.
Tips
1.Rinse the celery leaves.Be sure to control the moisture and do not add raw water, otherwise the slurry will easily become moldy.
2.It is best to roll out the noodle soup with your hands, and the pot for cooking the noodles should not be sticky with oil.
