How to stir-fry colored peppers

1. Prepare two colored peppers, I only bought red and yellow ones
2.Clean and cut in half, remove the chili heads and seeds
3.Then cut into small long sections

4.Cut the colored peppers into small pieces

5.There are no green peppers, Use a long green pepper to add color to the mix

6.Chop the garlic into fine pieces

7.Heat the pan with oil and salt
