Eggs: enhance immunity, protect eyes and improve vision
Ingredients
Eggs ( 2 ) | Tomatoes ( 2 pieces ) |
Salt ( 7 grams ) | Granulated sugar ( 1g ) |
Edible oil ( 60g ) | Scallions ( 2 roots ) |

1.Cut the tomatoes into cubes, cut one shallot into sections, chop the other shallot into a bowl, break the eggs into the bowl and mix well

2. Put the pot on high heat and pour in the cooking oil to heat
3.Pour in the beaten egg liquid, fry and set aside

4.In the bottom oil of the pot, add the tomato cubes and stir-fry over low heat (low heat produces more juice, high heat produces less juice, fry according to personal taste), add sugar and salt

5. Stir-fry the tomatoes until they turn into juice, then add the fried eggs and stir-fry evenly

6.Add the chopped green onions, stir-fry evenly and then turn off the heat

7.Place on a plate and serve
Tips
Do not add other seasonings, especially MSG and chicken essence, which will affect the taste
