Korean hot sauce ( a bag ) | White sugar ( appropriate amount ) |
White sesame seeds ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make Korean spicy fried rice cakes

1. One portion of cheese rice cake, half of each green and red pepper shredded, appropriate amount of onion shredded, a small amount of chopped green onion, appropriate amount of white sugar and white sesame seeds, one portion of kimchi, and one bag of hot sauce.

2.Wash the cheese rice cake twice and soak it in water until soft.Pour it into the pan.Add appropriate amount of oil, heat and stir-fry green and red pepper and onion shreds until fragrant.

3. Then pour in the hot sauce and stir-fry for a few times, then pour in an appropriate amount of warm water.

4. After boiling over high heat, pour in the sugar and kimchi.

5. After boiling again, pour in the rice cake and cook for about 4 minutes.Add the chopped green onion.Turn off the heat and serve.
