How to make cold bamboo shoots

1.Wash and shred bamboo shoots

2. Boil the water in the pot, add the bamboo shoots, add a spoonful of salt to remove the bitterness, cook for at least three minutes, and remove the foam p>

3. Remove and let cool, add chopped green pepper and minced garlic (optional) p>
