4. During the baking time, we can prepare the garlic sauce, Chop the millet, mince the garlic, and chop some green onion.(It’s much more convenient to have a garlic press at home)

5.Pour minced garlic and millet pepper together , add three spoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of oil, a spoon of sesame oil, sprinkle with a little cumin powder and stir evenly.(Don’t use too much garlic, about 25 grams is enough, otherwise you will only have the smell of garlic)

6. There will be wrinkles on the surface of the roasted eggplant.Use a knife to cut it in the middle and make a few more cuts on the eggplant flesh to facilitate the flavor.Spread the sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

7. Place it back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.

8. Method two, steam.
Cut the eggplant in half and make a few cuts on the eggplant flesh.
9. Place in a steamer and steam for 7-10 minutes.

10. Take out the eggplant, cover with garlic sauce, return to the pot and continue steaming for 5 minutes.
