How to stir-fry fungus with zucchini

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Wash the zucchini, remove the flesh, and cut into thin slices for later use.

3. Cut the lean meat into shreds, add appropriate amount of starch and water, mix well and set aside.

4. Wash and cut the fungus into shreds and set aside.

5. Slice the garlic and set aside.
