Sugar ( 2 grams ) | Cooking wine ( 20g ) |
Water ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make garlic-flavored shrimp skin and red amaranth

1.Red amaranth, remove the old roots and wash them thoroughly

2. Washed red amaranth , drain the water and set aside

3. Pour the cooking wine into the shrimp skin, soak and set aside

4.Garlic cloves, sliced, set aside

5.Ginger, sliced, set aside

6.Heat the pan and stir-fry oil

7.Add garlic Slices of garlic and ginger, saute until fragrant

8.Pour in amaranth

9.Stir fry evenly

10.Add water and level with the vegetables

11.Pour in the Shopee cooking wine

12.Add salt

13.Add sugar

14. Stir well and bring to a boil

15.After boiling, continue to cook over high heat for 3 minutes until the amaranth is cooked, then turn off the heat

16.Pour out and serve
