How to make steamed eggplant

1. Prepare two eggplants , wash and set aside

2.Wash and mince 8 heads of garlic

3. Heat the oil in a pan, heat the oil to 180 degrees over low heat, add the minced garlic, stir evenly and put it in a bowl

4.Add chili sauce, green onion, soy sauce, mature vinegar, white vinegar and sesame oil, stir well and set aside
