Pak choi ( appropriate amount ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
| Garlic ( Adequate amount ) | Ginger, green onion ( Appropriate amount (optional or not) ) |
Soy sauce ( Appropriate amount ) | MSG ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry baby cabbage

1.Open the cabbage and soak it in water for a period of time.
2.Then wash and drain.

3.Cut garlic, ginger and green onion into pieces and set aside.

4.Put in appropriate amount of oil , when it starts to smoke, add garlic, onion and ginger (medium heat)

5.After the onion, ginger and garlic are sautéed, add the Chinese cabbage, add appropriate amount of salt and MSG

6.Stir fry for a while and pour a little soy sauce

7. Stir-fry until there is not much water., as shown below, turn off the heat

8. Then add onions, and the delicious cabbage is complete (I didn’t add the green onions)

9.This is what I eat alone When the rice is put on a plate, it tastes more delicious than a rice bowl.
Tips
Don’t use a pot lid when stir-frying bok choy, otherwise it won’t be completely cooked.
