How to stir-fry shredded potatoes

1.Wash and peel the potatoes, then shred them.After cutting, soak them in water to remove the starch to avoid sticking to the pan

2.Cut millet pepper, hot pepper and ginger into shreds

3.Pour oil into the pot, add the chopped chili peppers and ginger into the pot and sauté slightly

4.Then pour in the shredded potatoes, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and MSG

5.First stir-fry over high heat, until the shredded potatoes become soft, then turn down the heat and stir-fry until cooked

6.A delicious portion of shredded potatoes is ready
