Ingredients
Rape (appropriate amount) | Tofu (a box) |
Garlic head ( Two cloves ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( one spoonful ) |
How to make rapeseed tofu

1.Soak the rapeseed in water and clean it

2. Cut the rapeseed into segments

3.Cut the tofu into pieces and soak them in salt water

4. Heat the oil in the pot, fry the tofu in the pot and then remove it and set aside

5. Heat the oil in the pot, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

6.Put the rape into the pot and stir-fry
7.Stir fry until it changes color and add appropriate amount of salt to taste

8.Add a little Water

9.Put the fried tofu into the pot

10.Add a spoonful of light soy sauce to taste

11.Cook until the juice dries up and becomes fragrant.

12. Put it on a plate and take a picture of the finished product, and a refreshing and nutritious rapeseed tofu is completed.
Tips
It’s best to buy old tofu and fry it in oil until golden brown.Since I couldn’t buy old tofu, I used soft tofu instead.
