How to cook tofu with tomatoes

1. Slice tofu and cut tomatoes into small pieces and set aside.

2.Make sauce, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of vinegar, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 oyster sauce Pour 1 tablespoon of starch into a bowl, add a small amount of water and mix well.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot.When the oil is hot, add the tofu and add the tofu.Fry until both sides are golden brown and set aside.

4. Leave the base oil in the pot, add tomatoes, and stir-fry until the juice comes out.

Tips
1.When frying tofu, be sure to turn it over frequently.If you accidentally overheat the tofu, it will become burnt.
