Ingredients
White radish ( 500g ) | Oil ( 20g ) |
Salt ( 3 grams ) | Light soy sauce ( 10g ) |
Dried chili pepper (2 pieces) |
How to stir-fry shredded radish

1.Peel off the skin of the white radish first

2.After peeling the white radish, wash it and shred it

3. Grate the shredded radish and add 2 grams of salt

4. Stir evenly with chopsticks and marinate until the water comes out.

5.Squeeze the pickled radish shreds, squeeze out the water, and set aside

6.Wash the dried chilies, cut them into cubes, and set aside

9.After sauteing the peppers, add shredded radish
