Black pepper ( 2 grams ) | Water ( 50 grams ) |
How to make crispy king oyster mushrooms

1.First wash the king oyster mushrooms, tear them into small strips, and set aside

2.Take out a large bowl and add flour

3.Put in starch

4.Add water

5.After stirring evenly, add salt

6.Add eggs

7. Stir evenly again.Form into a fine batter

8.Put the king oyster mushrooms into the batter
