Mung bean sprouts ( 350g ) | Chives ( 1 small handful (about 50 grams) ) |

How to stir-fry bean sprouts with leeks

1. First let’s take a picture of the finished product.

2. Wash and drain the mung bean sprouts.

3. Wash and cut the leeks into sections, mince the millet pepper and garlic cloves.
