Ingredients
Broccoli ( 100g ) | Pleurotus eryngii ( 100g ) |
| Oil ( 30g ) | Salt ( 5 Grams ) |
Abalone juice ( 15 grams ) | Oyster sauce ( 15g ) |
Onions ( 5 grams ) | Ginger (a small amount) |
Garlic ( 3 capsules ) | Cornstarch ( 10g ) |
Light soy sauce ( 10g ) |
How to make king oyster mushrooms and broccoli with abalone sauce

1.Broccoli is broken into small pieces by hand and soaked in salt water for ten minutes

2. After cleaning the king oyster mushroom, cut it into two and cut it into about 2mm.Thick slices for later use

3. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil.Blanch the cleaned broccoli for about 1 minute

4.西After blanching the orchid, take it out and soak it in cold water for a few minutes to cool down to make it taste crisper.You can change the water several times during the process to keep the water temperature cool

5. Heat a pan with cold oil, add the drained broccoli and stir-fry quickly for 30 seconds.Season with salt and set aside.

6.Add abalone juice and oyster sauce in a small bowl, add about 50ml of water, stir well and set aside

7. Mince the onion, mince the garlic into small pieces, mince the ginger and set aside for later use

8. Heat a pan with cold oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

9.Add in the chopped king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry quickly

10.Add light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, then add the prepared abalone juice , oyster sauce mixture is brought to a boil, then simmer over low heat for one minute, then turn up to high heat and bring to a boil

11.Add water starch and stir evenly to reduce the juice

12.Do a good job Just take out the pot and put the delicious abalone juice, king oyster mushroom and broccoli in the middle of the broccoli on the plate.
