Ingredients
Radish Cherry ( 500g ) | Cucumber ( 1 root ) |
red pepper ( 2 pieces ) | Green chili pepper ( 2 pcs ) |
Green onions (1 section) | Minced garlic ( 3 spoons ) |
Grated ginger ( 1 spoon ) | Fish sauce ( 2 spoon ) |
Large grain salt ( 6 spoons ) | Glutinous rice paste ( small half bowl ) |
Chili noodles ( 3 spoons ) | Cooked water ( 2 bowls ) |
Mom's private dish - how to make radish and cherry pickles

1. Wash and cut radish cherry into sections

2.Put in large grains of salt

3.Marine for 30 minutes

4. Cut the cucumber into 4 segments

5.Cut red and green peppers and green onions into rings

6. Chop the garlic and ginger into mince

7. Pour minced ginger and garlic into the glutinous rice paste minced, chili noodles, fish sauce
