Enoki mushroom: low protein
Ingredients
Enoki mushrooms (300g) | Salt ( A small amount ) |
Oil ( a small amount ) | Chili oil (appropriate amount) |
Light soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) | Sugar ( a small amount ) |
Water ( appropriate amount ) | Vinegar ( a small amount ) |
Garlic ( Three cloves ) | Chopped pepper (appropriate amount ) |
Oyster sauce (appropriate amount) |
How to make enoki mushrooms with chopped pepper

2.Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms and wash them

3.Place on a plate and steam over high heat for six minutes

4.Add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chili oil, vinegar and a small amount of water into a bowl and set aside

Tips
1.Oyster sauce and light soy sauce and chopped pepper both have a salty taste, so add a small amount of salt.
2.Enoki mushrooms are relatively tender and should not be steamed for too long.
3.Adding garlic and a small amount of sugar can enhance the flavor.It is recommended not to omit it.
